Getting Paid outside of the U.S (anybody have done it already?)

Hey Youtubiees,

I wanted to ask you some questions about getting paid and taxation while working outside the U.S. Have anybody any experience with it? What documents do you need? When did you register an actual company? Have you did any document exchange with U.S Tax department? Is your country the only one who deducts tax out of your earnings or is it both the U.S and the country you work in? Or is it only the U.S? Please share your experience how did you work it out and how did it came out and how is it working so far. Please, I need the shovel-kind of explanation I am very untold in this topic.

I think you misunderstood my question. Or maybe I can't find an answer to my question in the links you provided. Technicaly I am hired by YouTube (Or adsense more precise) but I ve never been to the U.S. I live in Poland and planning on to move into the UK. I ve never being paid from youtube YET and I want to avoid the situation of being taxed twice. In the U.S before they even send my money and then in the country I am located (cuz on the end of the day I will have company in that country and I will have to do tax documentation as it is my incom, isnt it?). So I would like to know how it technicaly can be done to avoid taxation from the U.S and pay only the tax of the country my comapny will be located in. Or oposite - the lower country tax the better of course.

I have the option to announce self-employed earnings on my tax declaration. In principle I can tell the government that I run a business in advance but I needn't until my earnings exceed a certain threshold. So it very much depends on your local law. Maybe just give your tax office a call.

Go talk to a tax/legal expert in your country, not random people online. Don't mean to come off as rude or anything, but you definitely don't want to get screwed because you listened to some little kid who just saw an episode of Law and Order and thinks he knows everything. No one on here can give you a definite answer so go talk to someone who gets paid to deal with this every day.
