Fullscreen In Romania?

Hello everyone,i am new here and i have a question.

As the title says can i get partenered with fullscreen if i am from Romania ?

And please someone explain me something ->When i get partenered with Fullscreen i need to enable monetization on my account ? because i can't enable cause i am from Romania

I wait some answers.

my Friend lives in a place where they also couldn't Monetize but they applied and got accepted by full screen and it wasn't a problem at all

Once they Partner you you should get the feature to do this

Partners with a network don`t have monetization they have claiming,
you`re able to get partnership with a network in all countries it is legal to do so
CPMs will be considerably lower though in your country

The thing about partnership is you have to be able to receive payments. If adsense isn't in your country, you can't use adsense. However, if the network uses paypal to make payments and your country supports paypal, you can access the partnership program. Also, If the country pays you via check, you can partner from pretty much anywhere.
