I got a yt channel with 11k subs. I've kind of stopped uploading. I wanted to get back into it however I can't get out of my network. They do absolutely nothing for me and take 30% of my cash. Furthermore it's a scam network. So everything is automated, the most support you will ever get is the knowledge base. A 'friend' of mine named keemstar told me about a 'great network' called infinity that his friend owned. They promised me a custom deal 90/10. I decided to just do it for the instant monitization. I signed a one year contract for 70/30. They told me it's okay they will just pay me 90/10. Anyway. Later infinity got shut down by forela digital. I don't know how or why. forela claimed my youtube videos when infinity disbanded. Without my permission or even notification. I tried to contact them. They only give me one reply every two weeks. They stopped replying at all to me. I asked them to unlink me on youtube. They told me I had a contract with them for two years, and that my progress is like 550 days out of 700 before i will be un-linked. I demended for them to show me the contract that they are claiming I signed. They went silent. They don't reply to me. They don't do anything at all for me. The only thing they do ever, is take the action of canceling my unlinking action via youtube every 3 weeks. I've been looking for help. There is like a yt network specialization website. They fight networks for you and get you unl-inked for a couple of hundred dollars. I emailed them like 3 times but never got a single reply. They must have quit. It's just very frustrating and depressing. To be helpless and not have any help, power, or support. Youtube doesn't have support. Google only has support if you're spending money on adwords. The network doesn't have support ether. I tried to sign up with big networks like polaris and maybe hoped they would join my fight so I can come over to them. They actually auto declined me because I was in a network.

Bit s****y, wasn't the network a Forela Virtual Network? If that's the case, the contract you likely signed was with Forela, and when the Vn disbands you're still under Forela?
If that's the case (As I imagine it would) then you do have to stick to the contract. A contract is two ways though, if they're not respecting their end of the bargain, only real way to do it is to get a lawyer to send them a note. Costs a bit though.

I signed with infinity, but infinity doesn't exist anymore. Also in youtube interface it would say infinity. Now it says forela.

You called me serge. That is not my name. You don't even know my name. I was inherited into forela without my permission or knowledge.

If you continue to refuse to cooporate and neglect me I will seek out help. You've upset me so much that at this point I am willing to spend thousands of dollars just to hurt you.

How can this be true? I guess this would support your statement when you said forela was a virtual network. I guess i could have been signing a forela contract when I was signing up with infinity. However this doesn't explain why they completely ignore and always refuse to present whatever contract they say I am in. Whether Infinity is involved or not is irrelevant. Sub-Networks, CA's, VN's are all different words for affiliates and recruiters. They get a cut, but you're not signing with them, you're signing with the MCN itself.

Forela uses a standardized online form for most of their contract interactions. You said it was for 70/30 and one year, but Forela does stock 2 year contracts. The terms are here http://www.foreladigital.com/#!terms/c1h5y which is linked at the bottom of the application form you will have filled out, which as expected states that submitting the form indicates you've read and agreed with the terms. If you didn't read them, that's hardly Forelas' fault.

someone from makers emailed me and asked my why my application process 3 months ago failed. I linked them this thread hoping they could help me get unlinked. They read the thread and told me they would talk to me at the end of my contract. lol. Very disappointing. Anyway I can use money to break the contract? Can I pay money to forela to release me?

They may be willing to drop the contract for a substantial fee, but you would have to ask them, not us.

Since you signed a contract, a lawyer likely wouldn't be able to help you and, even if they could, it would still take time.

With just over 100 days remaining, your best bet would be to simply wait until September 13th when the contract ends.

Use the following 3 months to make videos and prepare everything so you could be ready then.
