For the second time, My channel is Not approved!! WHY!

Hello YTTALK,

I'm really too disappointed and tired.

I've been working and posting up content over the past few months and have been refused monetization twice now. I don't know why!!

I've some Copyrighted Content but it's "You can use the copyrighted content in your video, but ads might appear on your video.", so i think this isn't the problem..

Please help!

there are many dangerous/life threatening acts.
I know - some big channels can go "under the radar" with this but for small/new channels this is no no.

Copyright content now falls under "Duplicate Content" as per the new rules, whether or not you allow it to stand monetized by claimant. It may drop you under 10K, making you work a little harder; but delete all of the third party content claimed videos, make some totally original content, and when you reach 10K, try your monetization review again.

YouTube simply is no longer a place where you can take content which belongs to others without having the proper rights to monetize same, and make money from it. Trying to do that will ensure that you never make any money at all.

Thank you for ur replay, I removed all the third-party contents and made some original videos (Can you check them for me please?) They reached 10K and I tried monetization review again yesterday.

and If they accepted my review, Can i re-upload some of the third-party content later?
 
I doubt you can upload third party content.

It's interesting to see that YouTube has demonetised all of those car crash compilation videos, and probably most other compilations under the new rules.

Must be lots of people no longer making money off of other peoples work any more.

Good move by YT.

For now, I don't have any third-party content. I applied for monetization review again and still waiting.

but, Why can't I upload third-party content later while it's "legal" to do?
It's called third-party because we can upload it but the profits of views will go to the owner so it makes no sense that we can't upload them.

99% of youtube videos involve some type of other's content(hence fair use)take major news they use other people's content to make videos.Youtube has demonetised most channels to please advertisers...
