Easiest Editing Software to Combine Videos?

I want to make a trailer by just taking pieces from my old videos and putting them into one giant video.

Any suggestions or advice on the easiest software to use to do this? I had some other ideas as well but I have never really done any editing other than adding annotations.

The easiest? Maybe Windows Movie Maker or the YouTube Video Editor.

Cool thanks for the reply. I have Windows Movie Maker but haven't made a serious effort to learn to use it. I guess I should!!

I'd recommend Windows Movie Maker as well, that's where a lot of us got our start on the wonderful world of editing!

Windows Movie Maker is pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it, but make sure to check your finished video when you're done because it often glitches out.

Windows Movie Maker is great for these types of simple editing, but I've used another one that's a bit more complex. Can't remember the name, but if you want another video editor, check the forums on editing software, or just watch some YouTube tutorials. But whatever, Windows Movie Maker is still a great choice.
