Does checking the Paid Product Placement box automatically disable all ads?

I'm just looking for some clarification on a subject! if I check the paid product placement box, does that mean:
-ads will DEFINITELY not be shown in the video
Or
-ads MAY not be shown in the video, depending on whether or not there is a conflict of interest with a potential ad.

Ads may not be shown if there is a conflict with the product you advertise in your video. I have videos that play ads with the box enabled.

if there is a conflict of interest then they won't show. Although i don't know how this will work, they might play safe and disable the ads automatically until the video is fully assessed and the product placed gets put in the database and filters the non compatible ads.

Ok that's cool! I'm a happy camper as long as they don't automatically disable all ads permanently! Even if they assess the video to see what ads are incompatible, there's still a likely chance that some ads will be showing within time!
