Ive been seeing a lot of youtubers have a picture of a celebrity to show their inspired makeup look in their videos. Is that copyright ???Are you allowed to do that???
You should be fine if its just a picture although technically you aren't supposed to do that...but tell that to the thousands of people who do it already on YouTube. I can't see anyone getting in trouble for just using a picture as a reference.
