Closed caption compliant?

I just recently recieved an email from youtube telling me that:
What does it mean and what do I have to do? I'm freaking out!

If we do not hear from you by that date, we will inform the complaining party that you have not responded and will provide the complainant with information on filing a complaint with the FCC. Ah, go to the video settings and select 'This Content Has Never Appeared on TV in the US' in your Additional Settings. Simples :)
 
i wish I could help but I haven't a clue! it may be that it was mistaken for being a tv show as it says on the website link it must be captioned if shown on tv, or you might have been playing about with the settings of videos and accidentally said it was on tv or that it is available in captions I can't really think what else it might be, I hope you get it sorted! Try and not panic!
