Can you “check” your own channel?

So I know YouTube is very strict about not watching or clicking on your own ads.
But if I want to check whether ads are running or whether my watermark is showing up, are they going to punish me for that? Like when is checking your own videos too much?
 
I used to always watch my own videos in full and it is OK for you to do the same.
Just dont click on ads
 
Let me echo what EVO said.

Don’t click on and ‘skip’ the ads asap, don’t watch your videos nonstop, but watching them every so often shouldn’t be an issue.
 
i check my own video's normally once right after its uploaded to make sure that it plays back properly and there was no bugs in the upload. just don't sit there auto playing your channel for hours and you should be fine.
