Can I use this as background music?

Hello,

Am I allowed to use the music on the video: 'Twenty One Pilots - Glowing Eyes - Instrumental Cover' (By Isolated Dragon) as background music for my youtube videos, I'm scared that I'll get those copyright things (maybe get sued \-/). I'll give credit both to the creator of the instrumental and from who that instrumental cover was from.

You should probably ask for permission from the creator of the instrumental at least. I don't really know how things work when the original song is from a famous band like that though. The safe bet is to find creative commons -licensed music. There are a ton of great sources and if you spend some time searching, you will definitely find something that fits your video without having to worry about copyright claims :)
 
You can use it but since it's Copyrighted it might not be worth it. But according to this the worst that can happen is a content id Claim for them to put ads on the video: "The copyright owner of this song may monetise your video, causing ads to appear. "

Here's the problem -- while Isolated Dragon has rights to their own performance of the piece, they do not have rights to the song itself. So, they don't really have the right to let you repost their cover.

For full disclosure, YouTube does have a system whereby cover artists can share revenue with the band, but they don't have a system where another person can share revenue with both the cover artist and the original band.

As @WolfWraith 's picture shows, because Isolated Dragon performed a cover of the song, they were allowed to post that and share revenue with the band.

But if you posted Isolated Dragon's cover, that's not your cover, so you should not make any money from that video. However, there isn't an option where you can have the revenue go to Isolated Dragon as the cover artist and twenty one pilots as the original band.

I know that you probably love that band so much,and you want to show your audiance what are you love to listen.But all I can say is,dont do it.There are plenty of music to use from youtube libary,and there alot of music you can use that you only need to credit the source.Will it exact song in your vlog really have some impact on viwers? Will they subscribe just beacuse you used that song? Offcourse they will not,so dont do it.
 
Salut les parieurs ! Une pub sur un bus à Caen m'a fait découvrir https://win-beatz.fr/ récemment. J'ai testé le poker et j'ai adoré l'adrénaline des tables. Après quelques débuts difficiles, la chance m'a enfin souri. J'ai gagné une somme rondelette qui a effacé mes anciens échecs. Je suis content de mon passage, c'est devenu mon endroit préféré pour décompresser. Je suis reparti avec un sentiment de victoire totale et durable.
