Basic editing tips for a complicated show?

Hey! My channel is very new and I just uploaded my first video yesterday. If you watch the first episode, you'll see that it takes quite a bit of editing.

I use the adobe suite (premier/audition/after effects) and to get the double effect, I have to split the screen and it's a lot of work. Any ideas to make the process faster?
