Request Banner being cropped while saving? Help!

Ok so I make my banners in Microsoft powerpoint cool and make the banners the correct size. It has worked fine up until about a week ago where the picture, after being saved, gets cropped so it looks weird. Any ideas on how to stop this?

that template is no longer accurate. it is now 2560 x 1440

that template works better & when i upload it it works perfectly !

All very nice but this doesn't explain why the bottom right of the picture is cut off!

I'd start by making banners in a program that is actually suited for it Photoshop is easy to acquire through legal means these days and tutorials are abundant!
