I never signed any kind of contract with them, but I wanted to view what their contract was like since everybody was talking about how bad they are. The test channel I used has 5 subs and 2 Views and they sent a request for me to join their network. I don't even have any public videos on that account. I think they're straight up ridiculous.
 
It's a decent business model - sign people, take a cut of the revenue, and just don't spend money selling ads or promoting the channels. If people want to sign away a percentage of their earnings for click-bomb protection, they can go for it.

Not smart for creators who plan on growing though.

With most of their channels, they`re actually taking all revenue because a channel getting 30 views daily is never (or it will take a long time) going to reach the 100$ payout threshold.
