Audacity + game volume keeps getting out of sync

Give me your food
It only seems to happen if the video isn't 30FPS or 60FPS.
Like, say the video is 29,970FPS, and I align both audio tracks so they match perfectly, they will slowly start to get out of sync by the end of the video.

Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this?

I have similar problems sometimes and no I have no advice. Is it on the render though? That's what always happens to me, it looks great in the editor it all fits perfectly, then I render it and stuff goes out of sync progressively, it's highly annoying.

No, it's while I edit. :/
That's the weird part.

It's like the video game audio is like 0.0somethingoranother% slower than the audacity audio.

I got no clue then. Mine screws up in the way I just described but I've never experienced that before.

Yeah it's weird.
I don't seem to get this problem when I record in .TS, but then I need to handbrake the video first to get the audio file to work with Sony Vegas. >_>
So I switched over to MP4, so I don't need to handbrake my video just to get the audio file to work xD

I also noticed that

.TS = 30.000FPS
.MP4 = 29,970 FPS.

I find that a bit odd.

You could try and speed up (or slower) the video just a tiny bit in Vegas. As you mention it might be because you remove a very small number of frames compared to the TS file.

Yeah.
But I think I will actually just go back to recording in .TS, and just make a copy of it just for the audio as it seems to work. It just comes with a little more hassle. :P
