Are there any Partnership networks that work without the need of using Google adsense? Friend of mine who helps me with my channel is curious and asked me to find out for him.

You could be a director. But that's not worth the trouble, usually.

If you just don`t have an adsense set up, that`s fine, but 60-70% of networks will make you set it up at some stage in the process,
Infact if you have an active YouTube > Adsense connection then the partner process will take longer.

But it`s a whole different story if your Adsense account has been disabled.

Fullscreen and their children networks uses Paypal, to pay. So I'd try them out.
