Are Tags Very Important?

hey guys i always try to put as many relevant tags hoping my videos will become highly ranked on youtube search however i dont get a lot of views, maybe because i am very small at the moment but idk if tags are the most important or is it the titles? if there are any tips on how to get your video out there you can give me then thats would be great

Tags are extremely important, there are plenty of guides on these forums. Go ahead and look through some of them, do a little bit of research alright
