Are Annotations Working?

I've uploaded a couple of videos in last couple of weeks and it doesn't seem that annotations are appearing? Is this happening to you?

did you check to see if they are on like turning the cc red or checking in with google about it. dont think all videos have annotations on its a annoying thing to add them you know.
