Anyone with Viral Spiral/Rightster?

Yes I am with Rakestr, but I'm not a very good person to ask about this, because I never contact my network and try to get help from them, so I can't really tell you what they Willor won't do since I just kind of sit back and don't ask for help. The mouth doesn't ask to be said does not get Fed cannot complain when it is not fed so I don't feel comfortable telling you what they can or cannot do for you since I am not going out of my way to get whatever help they may have to offer.
 
I hope you can understand what I was saying but how it sounds I'm using a microphone I don't feel like correcting every word

Dont do it!!! I signed up July 13th after having a number of our original content videos go viral! I have had the worst experience with them. Not only have we saw no support from them in terms of pushing our content. But there customer care and support leads much to be desired. They promise to give you the world but in reality they just add you to their database and try to sell rights to your content. Have saw no support outside of that. We have had 2 offers on our content for a fraction of what they quote as their avg for re-licensing your content. We have not been paid since July 13th and saw a significant drop in traffic as well as our earnings.

-poor customer support on avg 3 days to hear a reply
-decrease in ecpm
-i had more success getting media outlets and notable sites like yahoo, msn, cnn, today show and gma to pick us up then Viral Spiral has provided
-i brokered a Good Morning America deal but turned it down to sign with Viral Spiral. They then rebroker it again to GMA as if it was a new deal. Which is great but I already secured the airing of our content yet they send me an email as if this was something they secured. Their ceo knew i had this offer.
-there inner office communication is terrible
-their payout is significantly lower then my youtube reports show

-I have still not been paid since July 13th and received this email today. In fact I found your thread because I was going to post one of my own about my experience:

Dear Daniel,
I hope you are well.
Please find attached your Combined on and off YouTube report for July 2013.
The total amount payable to you is $281.19.
I trust that you are happy for me to make the payment to you through PayPal. Should this change, please let me know.
Payment will always be made to you as soon as possible but I estimate that payment will be made towards the end of September or early October.

Keep in mind my total earning for that time frame according to my YT analytics is 612$, so where did the difference go? They are supposed to only collect 30%.

Yeah… What that guy said… That's why I don't contact them and stuff… I knew that
 
Be aware that Righster is raising money via a IPO, which would make them the first MCN to seek money via this method. That means they are no longer the ones who call the shots as they will be accountable to shareholders.
