your vids are not botted or heavly watched

301 usually appears if you hit 300 views very fast. If you hit 300, but it wasn't very sudden, it probably will just pass 301.

So it's techniquely a bad thing that I don't get stuck at 301+ xD

Slow views means they just update from below 301 to above it
