Youtube Adsense or Fullscreen Partnership?

Hey guys, so on our channel DustBucketTV we our monetized with youtube on their adsense payment. So we are deemed to be partners with them but we dont have the special feature of adding a banner (but we can customize thumbnails. So right now, we aren't making too much (about $2-3 a month) so we were wondering if maybe we should move to Fullscreen cause i heard they had a higher RPM rate but i dont know if should make the switch because I'm not sure where ill get better revenue from. So thats my question, which one should i choose and if i were to make the swtich to fullscreen, what are the steps I need to take to switch over from adsense.

Networks will defiantly make you more, but don`t be expecting millions.
Also the increased branding features will help grow your channel

Theres nearly 200 YouTube networks to choose from, with your stats you would be better off going for a network with lower requirements such as Creator X.

Also avoid networks such as TGN,Machinima,Viso,Acifin and Phazer as they tend to rip off/scam smaller channels
