Which is the BEST Youtube Partnership for people with low subscribers?

I have a channel, it's not very big at the moment (Around 135,000 views) and I'm looking for anyone who's successfully managed to get partnered even with low subscribers or views. What was your experience with them, how was it like? Would you recommend them to others. Who were they? And did everything go smoothly? Please feel free to post your own thoughts about this. If you go to SocialBlade to check your stats, you'll know if you have enough when you see a 'Become a Partner' button below your stats. Most partnerships require a decent amount - but watch out for smaller ones who offer you partnership with low views/subs. They may not have the necessary legalities covered and you might get a strike.

Go with the age old truism 'stick with what you know'. Bigger networks are better.

I think the best thing to do is wait until you get some more subscribers, you don't really need a partnership.
I am for example waiting until i have a 1000 subs hopefully by 2014 to partner Machinima
