when will i get that banner

hello there people.
so i started making videos on my channel and also found out that i could become a partner. i wanted that because then i could get acces to all that very cool stuff such as banners and thumbnails. so far i have only acces to the thumbnails (which i also havnt been using yet because of lack of time to make them) but now i would like to know at how many subscriber/views i will have acces to the banner.
could someone explain that to me?

everyone has the access to the thumbnail now
... you have to be partner by a networking program such as machinima, fullscreen, so and so... or the the actual individual partnership from the youtube partner team (adsense account).

yeah i know thanks though, i know there are certain requirements for being a part of machinima etc, i just dont know what those are and if you do match them how you would be able to join them.

apply on their website, wait for approval, if so sign a contract.

Yeah, if you're a "partner" through adsense directly, you don't get a banner. You only do if you're an old partner, or if you now partner through a network, like Fullscreen, TGN or SocialBlade.
