Videos and Channels Forum Small Update

Hey everyone,

Great news for everyone who would like to be able to respond to their fellow members threads within the Videos and Channels section, now you can without VIP or Video Forum Access providing you have posted over 100 times on the forums. This is to help those who choose not to get VIP or Video Forum Access and while the numbers are small it will allow them to reply in there now without the extra requirement.

Cool. Mind making URL posting allowed for heavy users as well? I feel like many heavy users who don't happen to have VIP at the moment have valuable links to contribute to a discussion.
