Too many submissions to Fullscreen?

well a problem could be because you cover original music. If Fullscreen owns the right to the music then they could partner you and you both can earn money over the video's. Fullscreen has around 40.000 songs which you are allowed to cover.
Also a probem might be that you only have 2 video's. I have seen multiple networks telling they do not partner because you have 1 viral video on your channel.
So the main reason I think is because you cover copyrighted music and they do not own the license. So to them you are worthless at this point.
