Tax optimization for non-US residents

How do you guys optimize taxes of your YouTube channel?
In theory, if you are 100% flexible location wise, how would you set up your YouTube business to not pay excessive taxes?
Mostly concerned about the withholding tax of 0-30% on revenue generated by US-based views - but also interested in all other aspects of optimizing taxes.

I see a lot of YouTubers chilling in Bali for example :D
