Someone posted a video under my name, how to get rid of it

Hi,

there is a video on youtube with my full name in the title and the description claims the content is made by me. It's not (and I can name the real author of the work). I work in the same field and have done several similar things, so I would assume that it is an honest mistake by the uploader. I have sent the uploader pm's, but he doesn't react to those. How should I go about to get this video out of youtube, or the title+description changed?

There is also several videos of my original work on youtube, but this video in question is the only one with my full name in the title, which means that when my name is searched, the video that isn't made by me comes up as first result. This is why I would be very keen on having it removed.
 
So it is not considered against the rules to post content and claim it is made by someone who didn't do it? In a way it is invading my privacy as it is making false claims about me (from definition at law.com: "publicity which puts him/her in a false light to the public"), but I'm not sure if that is enough for me to flag it.

Obviously, the uploader does not own the rights to the video and is probably breaking some copyright rules. But since I don't own the rights either, I have nothing to do with it, I believe I have no right to demand it taken down on those grounds.
