Social media in end credits?

Hey, so I've figured that YT has changed a few things around in regards to adding annotations to videos, which may I add kind of sucks because the links I wanna post don't come under ANY of those categories, and it's a pain in the bum!

I was wondering if there is ANY other way that I could add my social media links as annotations to my video? By this, I mean like in the end credits so they can click the relevant picture and get taken to the site?

I've seen a load of ways on youtube but they all involve having/owning your own website, neither of which I have, clearly! Any advice would be much appreciated!!

As far as I know you can't, your best bet would be making a page on a site you can verify and then link to a page which has info for your Facebook etc or possibly redirect the page straight to Facebook. I'm not sure if that is against any terms though.

zomttv, I've done as Michael has suggested by having links to all my social media sites on my website, I also have the link appear at the end of all my videos, feel free to see how it works.
 
If its against the tos then its probably best telling people to visit a page on your site linked via annotation and invite them to click through to your social media from there just to be safe.
