resing songs

hello, i would like to ask if it is legall to resing well-known artist's songs? if not, would joining a network could solve this problem? if so, what network should i join to be able legally resing other artist's sings by my own? resinged songs would only be used and uploaded on youtube. thank u for ur replies. have a nice day.
