NFS:MW commentary music copyright dispute

Loving YTtalk
I've done a couple of these NFS:MW commentaries (a couple aren't public yet) and I've been pretty careful to keep yapping during to not let the music show thru. uploaded it yesterday and it was monetized (yes I have adsense, no I don't have any strikes or anything like that). today I find that apparently someone finked on me because monetization for this video has been disabled "

SIGH. should I dispute? this is crap. commentaries qualify for "educational/tutorial" thus meeting the requirement for fair use, that much I know. just recently I disputed and won on another commentary (BF3 video) where EA slammed me for gaming content. WTF!? should I dispute, or is it a lost cause? this is the video in question.
my second video of the series is doing better (so far)
any help would be hot. thanks

HEYYY SEXY LADIES lol @thumbnails -Up to you, it's a song that's been claimed though you could try disputing it there is usually no warm in trying under fair use only a few companies like TMZ file a strike to get it completely removed when you dispute

Could someone explain to me how a video could be monetized from the first day, and then be €%#<blocked? Does this mean someone ratted me out?

not necessarily, it could be that the company themselves saw the video or one of YouTube bots picked up the video. there are different possibility on how it was reported
