network partnerships require adsense acc or just monetization tab?

I had a couple of question that I have not found answers to and the google group forum has not been helpful, hopefully you guys can help me.
Ok, so how does a youtube network partnership work? Lets say I have a YT channel and decide that I want to join a network partnership. All I need is an adsense acc and a channel that meets all the partnership requirements? Do I need to create an adsense account? or just enable monetization on my videos? Hypothetically speaking, my channel would be under the name of the network, so do I need to submit my social security, phone #, address, etc to adsense or will that info be given to the network?
The reason I ask all these intricate questions is b/c my first YT channels adsense was banned due to invalid click activity. I know you only get once adsense but there are other legal ways around that, for example, creating a business account (LLC).
What I want to do is create a new YT channel and get it partnered with a network to protect myself from future invalid clicks and be able to grow my channel. I was thinking growing this channel and build an audience before enabling monetization on it. But here is where my dilema begins. Do I create a business adsense so I can apply to a network or is that not necessary? Im not sure if networks require you create an adsesne account OR just need you to enable monetization on your videos (from the YT settings page) and they take care of the rest. Thank you all for your replies.

No, to get in a network DO NOT enable monetization as this will just mean your network will have to take 3-5 weeks to disable it again, as for adsense , you cannot be partnered if you have a disabled adsense (well there is a few networks but in return you get a really long contract)

So my only option is to create a new adsense account and YT channel? Do networks accept business adsense accounts?
Also, do you possibly have the names of these networks that partner channels that have banned adsense accounts? I would like to acquire some information on those networks.

Wow! thank you so much! I had always hoped to find a network that will partner people with banned adsense accounts. The long contract is a drawback, but I might try it so I can get back on my feet.
