Is this legal? - Partnership countries

Hi guys,

YouTube does not offer partnerships in my country. However, I frequently visit a country which allows partnerships (Sweden). Is it possible to create my YouTube channel in Sweden and ask for partnership there and then keep operating my channel most of the time in my country?

you'll need a bank account in Sweden XD - By this i mean for taxt purposes, that is all. We all pay taxes. If your channel is small, don't even worry about it really >:)

You can always become partner with RPM so you only need a PayPal account.
 
I don't know exactly how it would work, but I'm not sure if that's the best idea to do... :/

As JosTheReal said above, I'm sure most partnership networks on youtube actually run via paypal, which means that it probably wouldn't matter what country that you live in. Your country as far as YouTube care is where you reside, if you reside in Sweden for 3 months you can apply.
