So you finally managed to download Windows Phone 8.1 and have played around with it's new backgrounds and "Action Centre" and you are now ready to meet your new personal assistant.
You tap the search button expecting to see a happy spinning circle pop up ready to handle your requests, but instead you are only faced with a blank Bing screen.
Although Cortana is currently region locked to the US, you can still get Cortana outside the US and this is how you go about doing it!!!
