You have two choices at present as far as I am aware, a YouTube Partnership where you monetise your videos through Adsense without branding features such as the banner at the top but you can get custom thumbnails or going with a network, we have a list of them stickied here:

To get partnership with one of the networks you need to meet their requirements and apply usually through their websites, they all have different requirements some way lower than others.
