Fullscreen Requirements?

I just got partnered by Fullscreen. I had about 600 subs and 11,000 views at the time. But I think they are really looking for good content.
 
They are really pushing their requirements now. It was 1k subs and 30k vid views, but I was told by a network partner manager he was promoted and he can only partner channels with 5k+ subs.
 
I used to try to get partnered by then but eventually just went to RPM since their requirements were not gonna drop for me.
I think *Not sure* it is 500 views a day and I cant remember how many subscribers.
