Viewers are in English. Therefore, I do not get much for them. That's why it would be bad for a fixed CPM. There is a company that pays a fixed amount per thousand viewers?
So for example:
1k viewer / 25 cent guaranteed

A lot of Networks don't have fixed CPMs. You need to read their contracts.
