1) I'm not sure on this one, although I'd say it's probably fine. Especially if you put a link to their texture pack in the description so that they get credit for it.
2) I don't know anyone who does, but you can I guess.
3) Yes, you can. If swearing wasn't allowed then Pewdiepie wouldn't be number 1 and probably half of all channels would get banned.

1.) 99% of Texture Pack Makers don't mind you using their Texture Pack on your videos, some just require a link in the description but even if you don't they probably won't come after you.
2.) I don't know of any Video Editing software that requires this.
3.) Of course, like stated above PieDiePew wouldn't be here and about 70% of the channels if it wasn't.
4.) Yup, I have used their music, it's all Royalty Free and just requires credit to the maker of the song.
EDIT: Assuming you're using Red.Craft when you said HD Realism, then yes you can, same for Photorealism.
