Can't link my adsense account to Youtube

I'm a peacock flying into a rainbow!
So here's my problem guys. My friend ( a youtube partner) told me I can be a partner even with few views and subs so stupid me tried to apply and yes I got turned down, the after 2 days my adsense application got approved (I'm a blogger and I publish adsense on my website) Now when I click the monetization tab on Youtube to link my adsense, it says that the feature is not available in my country, I'm from the Philippines and I'm sure monetiation is open in our country. Please help!
 
Nope I didn't get approved but guys in the forum said that if I have an adsense I can link it to my youtube to monetize my videos without a partnership.[DOUBLEPOST=1347091332,1347090341][/DOUBLEPOST]

From this list, i can see the Philippines listed. There might be some error going on here. You should try contacting google to see what the problem is. Also, did youtube approve you of monetizing your videos?

You don't actually need to link your adsense account to monetize your videos. You just need to have it linked when you want to get paid. Google only pays out when you reach $100 and with the number of views you have, that could take a really long time.
 
I have one problem, i broke my partnership with Maker Studios but now when i want to again enable my account for monetization i can't do that because when i click enable i have error "Signup error, please try again later.". I don't know what that error mean but i have adsense account and i don't have copyright strikes. I have already recived 3-4 adsense payments. Thanks all.
