Beyond Beaten Tracks, the channel

This is my channel. As I wrote in the personal introduction message, I try to show places, currently mostly in Thailand, where tourists usually don't have the opportunity to go.

The channel is now two months old and includes 15 videos. Technically, I learned a lot, given that this is my first try ever at shooting and editing video.
Considering what I show and the way I address it, I don't expect my video to make any buzz and to attract 100.000 viewers from the start. But... most of my stuff didn't even reach 10 views, leaving me a little bit thoughtful, as I am surprised that among the millions of YouTube viewers, only 10 can be interested (I see so many poor and dull videos having 1000's of views, but maybe this is a finished era...)

Our channels are long-term projects, and are slow to snowball.

I had around 10-20 videos before one or two slowly took off. I don't spend much time making videos, but I am anything but succesful.

Pro's: Videos are going to be relevant long-term compared to pop-culture.

I think your channel could take inspiration from ''Amazing Places on our Planet''.

Making a ''Top XX Best of Thailand off the beaten track'' could likely help your channel out views/sub-wise, but I am not sure that's the route you want to go.
