Applying for Creator X?

I'm currently in TGN (BroadbandTV) Network and planning to move into other network. I've tried to apply for RPM Network, but I've got rejected due to content which I don't own, but I'm not sure though which videos "I do not own" for now. If anyone can tell and help me, it would be helpful I guess.

I want to try to apply for Creator X partnership, but I would rather want to know which videos should be removed for various reasons. My videos are tech-related, not gaming.

Another problem is uploading videos. I simply can't upload over 15 GB in a month due to bandwidth cap and my speed is about 0.10 mbps (and no, nobody cares about my speed to improve it). Am I really going to get forced for uploading videos monthly?
 
Do you have matched third party content or copyright strikes?

Also CreatorX want's 2 video's a month I'm not sure if they really force you. I'm with SocialBlade at this moment and I upload around once 2-3 months. I don't get forced and never heard I needed to upload more.

Since you say 15GB a month. How big are your video files?
 
My video file sizes are at average of 100 MB per 4 min. Though, videos which are about 600 MB big take 10+ hours to upload. I don't have any 3rd party content claim (including strikes) as then I wouldn't be a partner already with TGN.
 
I think what could have caught RPM is that without watching your video it looks from your channel as if you`re showing people how to download trojans/viruses and rougeware
