Advice needed about monetizing videos

Hey there guys,I have a big problem now. I'm not allowed to monetize videos cuz my country isn't on that list that youtube has. So,is there a way to change country on youtube so I can finally get those custom thumbnails ( since they're only for members who monetize their videos ) and if there is,could I have some problems with youtube and my channel cuz of that? :unsure:
 
If you're using adsense, the issue is how they would send you the check. Even if you lie about what country you live in, they still wouldn't send you the check. If you want to make money from youtube, join a network that can pay you regardless of country, such as socialblade.
 
Problem is,I'm not looking to get payed since my channel isn't popular at all (~60 subs). I just want custom thumbnails lol. And yeah I can't join a network yet,maybe in the future.

I think YouTube's at a point, where they're basically offering thumbnails to everyone. Regardless, just join some network if you can, if money really doesn't concern you at all. It shouldn't matter that much, but you'll still get a little on the side, so I think it's worth it in that regard.
 
Well I guess I won't be getting those thumbnails anytime soon. :( As I said,I can't join network yet. Thanks for your answers guys.
